Providence Health Plan is transitioning out of most of its health insurance lines, including Individual & Family, employer group/commercial, and Medicare Advantage plans.
At the same time, Oregon is launching its own health insurance Marketplace, Explore Health, for 2027 coverage.
That means changing plans, a new Marketplace, new options, and some important deadlines to know.
